She is survived by: her children, Monroe, Paul of Earl, JT, Pearl Ramsey, Annie Mae Martin, Margaret Skinner, Grace Comer, Joyce (John Cox) and Harry (Cathy McMillan); her grandchildren, Rita Smith, Gina, Grant Bumgarner, Amy, Robert Bradley, Jesse, Elizabeth McMillan, Andrew and Shelly McMillan; her great grandchildren, Elyse, Mason and Ellis McMillan; and her sister-in-law Sara McMillin Trout. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Ruth reluctantly retired from Fran's at age 95 but only because Covid made her!
