He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Amos Culbreth and Alice Casey Culbreth; and his former wife Lietitia Hedge Culbreth. He is survived by: his son Casey Culbreth; his grandson Dylan Culbreth; his sister Joy Culbreth Myers of Murrell's Inlet, SC; and his nephew Scott Dotherow (Melinda) of Inman, SC.
