It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Joseph Herrick of Inman, South Carolina, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert W. Herrick; and his grandmother Jane Rode. He is survived by: his wife Artemesia "Tammy" Herrick; his siblings, Martin D. Pritchard (Heidi), Charles P. Pritchard, Melody Rahall (Jeff) and Donald W. Pritchard (Sissy); his sister-in-law Bess Abrams (Joshua); his nieces and nephews, Ian Abrams, Walter Pritchard, Mea Abrams and Jessica Marino; his mother Patricia Herrick; his cousins, Cheryl and Shelly Herrick; and his pets, Bean and Porter. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the ASPCA or The Sarcoidosis Association, honoring his lifelong love for animals and his journey with the disease.
