He is survived by: his mother Jane Mahaffey (McCarter); his brothers, Donnie Mahaffey (Diane) and Tim Mahaffey (Kay); his nephews, Michael Mahaffey (Jessica) and Josh Mahaffey; his niece Haylee Mahaffey; and his great-nieces, Elysbeth, Maci, Malloree and Madilyn.
