He is survived by: his parents, Marie Fisher (Wood) and Ralph Fisher of Maddison Heights, VA.; his wife Julie Fisher (Eilders); his daughters, Elizabeth Fisher, Emily Bradley and Erica Fisher; and his brother Brian Fisher. He is also survived by his wife and parents.
