He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Babb (Sims) and William Fred Babb; his wife Sylvia Teague Babb; his daughter Kelly Babb; and his siblings, Frances Paulos, Mildred Mawhirter, Alvin Babb, Glyn Babb, Edward Babb, George Babb and Johnny Babb.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Taylor (Hugh); his siblings, Shirley Nodine, Earlene Morris, Kathleen Collins, Ruth Evington and Furman Babb; and his granddaughters, Caroline Taylor (Eric Richard) and Kathryn Taylor (Chaz Cain). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
