With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Smith Walter (Inman, South Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Duffie Smith, Sr.; and her brothers, Thomas Duffle Smith, Jr. and Joe Lynn Smith. She is survived by: her parent Miriam Daniels Smith; her husband Reverend Todd Walter; her children, Todd Walter (Lori) of Landrum, SC and Natalie McCoy (Ben) of Chapin, SC.; her grandchildren, Madison Walter-Garcia (Jacolvy), Elizabeth Walter, Lannon McCoy, Hayley McCoy and Kiersten McCoy; and her great grandchild Carter James.
