He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Strange and Vera Estelle Israel Strange. He is survived by: his wife Diann Collins Strange; his daughter Whitney Strange of Arlington, Texas; and his siblings, Sandra Weathers (James) of Boiling Springs, Vikki Varn of Spartanburg, Joe Strange of Atlanta and Glenn Strange (Donna) of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
