It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Clayton Anders (Inman, South Carolina), born in Campobello, South Carolina, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Clayton (Sawyer) and James Newton Clayton; and her siblings, Vaughn Clayton and Georlene Duncan. She is survived by: her sons, Clayton Anders (Linda) of Inman and Steve Anders (Kathy) of Inman; her sister Ruth Ell Collins of Landrum; her grandchildren, Alisha Collins (Todd), Carmen Ezell (Nate) and Stephanie McSwain (Byron); and her great grandchildren, Carly Ezell, Mollie McSwain and Maggie McSwain.
