She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Crowe and Beulah Dill Crowe; her spouses, Elford Fowler and William H. "Bill" Johnston; her daughter Diane Campbell; her siblings, Katherine Cox and Roger Crowe; and her great grandchild Khloe Grace Parton.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Bryant (James) of Mayo and Bobby Johnston of Mayo; and her grandchildren, John Parton, Joey Parton, Rocky Johnston, Kristy Johnston Gutierrez and Susie Johnston Scruggs. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
