She was predeceased by: her father David Martin; her husband Andrew "Red" Shaffer; her sons, Richie Shaffer, Michael Shaffer and Eddie Shaffer; and her granddaughter Morgan Shaffer.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Andrew Shaffer (Oliva) of Greenwood, SC, Harley Shaffer (Julie) of Greenville, SC and Joseph Shaffer (Autumn) of Anderson, SC; her great grandchild Mallory Shaffer Milbourne of Spartanburg, SC; her brother Melvin L. Puckett of Greer, SC; and her daughter-in-law Donna Gardner Shaffer.
