She is survived by: her husband Joe William Ballenger, Jr.; her daughters, Patricia Ballenger Horne (Keith Horne) of Inman, Barbara Ballenger Brady (Phil) of Inman and Linda Diane Ballenger Reneau of Inman; her granddaughters, Kelli Horne Wilson (Brandon) of Boone and Crystal Brooke Reneau Davis (Scott) of Landrum; her great grandchild Sienna-Rose Wilson; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison Grace Wilson, Reece Coleman Davis and Garrett Baxley Davis; and her son Richard Allen Bell of Austin, Texas..
