She was predeceased by: her parents, George Russell and Peggy Tate Burgess; her husband David Ross Schneider; and her son Matthew Russell Smith. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Stark (James) and Eric Smith; her grandsons, Zachary Fowler (Jaysen Leigh) and Matthew Stark; her sisters, Deborah Burgess, Denise Burgess Rose and Jan Greene; and her pets, Victor, Doc and Rocky.
