She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas A. Mullinax. She is survived by: her parent Eva Sue Ownby Mullinax; her children, Phyllis Cothran (late Tom), Susan Maxwell (Van), Linda Burch (Gary), Debbie McClure (Eddie) and Mike Lawter (Janet); and her brothers, Joe Mullinax and Harold Mullinax. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Inman Mills Baptist Church Building Fund.
