She is survived by: her parents, Sheila Bishop Mintz and Tim Mintz; her brother Taylor Mintz; her grandmother Bobbie Collins; her friend Ben Fink; her aunt Donna Pace (Chuck Pace); and her cousin Brannon Pace. She is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donation be made to AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention).
