She was predeceased by: her parents, George R. Simmons and Doris Hanson (Cornelius); her stepfather Clyde Hanson; her brother Robert "Bob" Simmons; and her grandparents, Myra, Edson Cornelius, Dorothy and Wilber Curtis.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Corl of Inman; her children, Kacie Lynn Bennett, Alex Isaiah Bennett (Courtney) and Kyle David Bennett (Marisela); her siblings, William "Bill" Simmons (April), Edson "Bruce" Simmons and Teresa Euvrard (Steve); and her grandchildren, Ethyn Bennett, Annalisse Bennett, Brenden Bennett, Lillian Bennett, Isaiah Bennett, Lucas Linman, Arianna Bennett and Isaac Bennett.
