He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ruth Ann Bailey. He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Sharee Bailey (Smith) and Charles Lee Bailey of Inman; his brother William Bailey of Wellford; and his grandparents, William, Peggy Smith of Spartanburg and Billy Bailey, Sr. of Gaffney.
