We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2021, at the age of 74, Judith McKelvey of Inman, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Joseph "Joey" Arthur Hill; and her niece Melissa McDowell. She is survived by: her siblings, Tommy McDowell III (Jean) of Boiling Springs, Linda Pike of Inman, SC, Bruce McDowell (Cheryl) and Karen McDowell of Boiling Springs, SC; her nieces and nephews, Robbie Bowen (Lisa), Amanda Bowen Huss (Bryan), Summer McDowell Abbott (Bo), Heather McDowell Wagner (Craig), Seth McDowell (Megan), Dylan McDowell (Diana) and Mary Grace McDowell Grubbs (Robby); her stepchildren, Kristy Lowe, Jeri Thomas and Teri Thomas; her stepgrandchildren, Mark Dewees, Megan, Damian and Zackary Thomas; and her stepgreat-grandchild Haizley Thomas.
