It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Wanda Miller of Inman, South Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Still and June Marie Arrington Still; her son Keith Blackwell; and her siblings, Charles Still and Linda Inman.
She is survived by: her husband James Miller; her children, Todd Blackwell and Denise Queen (Jeff); her stepdaughters, Amy Rivas and Audrey Miller; and her sister Tammy Morgan. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
