He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Marian Raines (Wright) and Carol Ray Raines; and his siblings, Tim Raines, Kathy Beck and Teri Garrett.
He is survived by: his brothers, Randy Raines and Ricky Raines.
A reception was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Seawright Funeral Home (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349).
