He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Sims Babb and William Fred Babb; and his siblings, George, Alvin, Edward, Glyn Babb, Frances Paulos and Mildred Mawhirter.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Reeves Babb; his children, Lori Witt (Tray) of Inman, Tracy Brown (David) of Boiling Springs, Mitzi Bragg (Kevin) of Inman and Brent Babb (Haley) of Boiling Springs; his siblings, Furman Babb of Inman, Paul Babb of Inman, Shirley Nodine of Inman, Earline Morris of Nashville, TN, Kathleen Collins of Wilmington, NC and Ruth Evington of Inman; and his grandchildren, Trace Witt (Victoria), Cassie Witt, Zachary Brown, Will Brown, Davis Brown, Ansleigh Bragg, Abigail Bragg, Ava Bragg, Olivia Babb, MaryGrace Babb and Harrison Babb. He is also survived by his wife of 54 years, his children, and his grandchildren.
Covid-19 protocols and social distancing will be practiced. Interment services will be private.
