He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Jean Ford Owens; his son Bobby Owens (Wendy) of Wellford; his grandchildren, Nikki Mosier (Rickie), Robbie Owens (Beth) and Bobby Owens, Jr. (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Cailyn, Taylor, Bailey Mosier, Kayla, Riley, Will and Lily Owens; his great great grandchild Weston Cash; and his daughter-in-law Cathy Owens.
