He is survived by: his wife Carol Stevens Wilson; his stepdaughter Catherine Kot; and his siblings, Jack Wilson of Moore, Roy Wilson (Jane) of Woodlawn, TN, Ricky Wilson (Judy) of Columbus, NC, Ronnie Wilson (Deena) of Boiling Springs, SC, Hazel Dietz (Russell) of Columbus, NC, Ruth Brown of Columbus, NC, Rachel Edwards (Don) of Greer, Betty Godfrey of Columbus, NC and Toni Britt (Olin) of Columbus, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
