He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Raney (Blackwell) and James M. Raney; and his stepson Todd Harvey. He is survived by: his siblings, Sam Raney, Debra Henderson (Tommy), Tim Raney and Donna Brown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
