He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Foster Maxwell (Jean); his parents, James Albert and Louise Maxwell (Bishop); his children, James Ray Maxwell and Kimberly Henson; and his brother Jerry Allen Maxwell.
He is survived by: his son Keith Maxwell (Donna); his son-in-law Michael Henson (Caroline); his grandchildren, Ashley Ballard (Tim) and Jamie Maxwell (Allie); and his great grandchildren, Reeves, Lynlee Kate, Paisley and Grady.
