He is survived by: his children, Jill Norman (Brian) of Greenville, SC and James Monroe Cox Jr. "Bruno" (Jodi) of Spartanburg, SC; his grandchildren, Calli Cox, Carson Cox, Brody Cox, Brian Norman and Alex Norman; his siblings, Joan Nohra of Spartanburg, SC, Danny Cox (Julia) of Spartanburg, SC and Mindy Foster (Tim) of Spartanburg, SC; his former wife Ann Cox; and also Sabrina Thomas.
