He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred (Goad) and James Clifford Heneisen, Sr.; his son Dale Heneisen; and his sister Rosemary Givens. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Heneisen (Dale); his children, Lee Heneisen (Suzanne) of Boiling Springs and Karen Sutton of Pocatello; and his grandchildren, Teri Moir, John Moir, Pate Heneisen and Zoe Heneisen. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers our family respectfully asks that memorial donation be given to Unity Baptist Church, 243 Wesley Miller Lane, Harrodsburg, KY 40330.
