She was predeceased by: her parents, Tiny Owens (Ravan) and James Richard Owens; her husband Winfred Guffey; her son Larry Wright; and her siblings, Preston Owens, Edna Benfield, Annie Varner, Dorothy Cox and Emma Gilliland.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. John Guffey (Cathy), Steve Guffey (Belinda), Carroll Guffey (Ellen), Robert Guffey (Mary) and Sheila Henson; and her sister Lillian Keller. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; and 12 great-great grandchildren.
