He is survived by: his parent Edna Winnie Suddeth Holden; his spouse Nancy Walter Holden; his children, Susan Holden Gilbert of Inman and Michael C. Holden (Stephanie) of Inman; his siblings, Carolyn Staggs of Campobello and Alfred Holden (Marilyn) of Inman; and his grandchildren, Cody Gilbert, Kimberly G. McAbee (Nathaniel), Landon Holden, Asheton Holden and Avery Holden.
