He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ruth Carter (Jones) and Maxcy Clyde Carter. He is survived by: his daughter Kateri Rhinehart (Rusty); his grandchildren, Marissa Richard, Jeremy Rhinehart (Mattie) and Lanna Rhinehart; and his great grandchildren, Abel, Asher, Emmy and Hartlee.
