She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Nancy Smith; her daughter Vickie Lynn Clark; her grandson Mathew Kyle Clark; and her great grandchild Braylen Clark.
She is survived by: her husband David B. Clark; her children, Marsha Kelly (TJ) and Randy Clark (Tabatha); her grandchildren, Ben Clark (Liz), Allen Clark, Danny Kelly and Shaunda Combs (Richard); her great grandchildren, Serena Moss, Summer Clark and Jackson Clark; and her sister Shelby Gaylord. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
