It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Zimmerman of Inman, South Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Schlosshan Zimmerman; his daughters, Lacy Zimmerman and Jan Rhymer; and his brothers, Dean and Ronnie Zimmerman.

He is survived by: his children, Charlie Zimmerman (Paula) of Liberty, SC, Freda Lindsey (Darrell) and Lisa Finney (Charlie) of Wellford, SC; and his sister Shirley Woody of Woodruff, SC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
