She was predeceased by: her parents, Asbury Franklin "Bub" Blackwell and Mamie Blackwell (Silver); her husband Lewis H. Shehan; her sisters, Jo Ann Switzer and Geneal Settle; and her nephew Randy Settle.
She is survived by: her sister Miriam Bryant; and her nieces and nephews, Marguerite Leathers, Terrell Switzer, Rodney Settle, Jeff Staton and Karen Snelling.
