He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Henry Dover, Sr. and Annie Doris Peaden Dover; his former wives, Peggy Jones and Ruby Epan Dover; his wife Carol Terry Dover; and his sisters, Joyce Johns and Nancy Barfield.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Dover, III (Tina) of Roseville, CA, Bob Dover (Blanca) of Camarillo, CA, Jim Dover (Sonja) of Inman, SC, Jeff Dover of Phoenix, Arizona, April Frazier (Matt) of Eldorado Hills, CA, Lisa Johnson (Carlos) and Niki Nelson; and his sister Loquita Jordan of Thomaston, GA. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
