He is survived by: his wife Mary Wilson Stephens; his children, Lisa Weaver, Carmen Terry and Chris Terry (Kim); and his brothers, Lane and Tim Stephens. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a niece and a nephew.
