She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Laughter (Parris) and Butler Edney "Eddie" Laughter; her son Marvin Ray White; her husband Marvin Lee White; and her sister Carolyn Hatcher.
She is survived by: her children, Kim White Spears (Blake) of Inman, SC and Eddie White (Michelle) of Inman, SC; her grandchildren, Christopher White, Megan White Haines, Matthew Spears and Anna Spears; and her sister Jean Ellington.
