He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Mae Cartee (Edwards) and Belton Cartee. He is survived by: his wife Debra Jean O'shields Cartee; his children, Tonya Dukes (Shannon), Crystal Davis (Kyle) and Keith Cartee (Jennifer); his siblings, Donna Lee, Mike Cartee, Libby Richards, Vicki Staggs, Jerry Cartee and Cathy Cartee; and his grandchildren, Bailey Davis, Tyler Dukes, Chandler Dukes, Jorja Babb, Collyn Davis, Kinsley Davis and Karolina Cartee.
