It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Patricia Sanders of Inman, South Carolina, born in Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Lillie Mae Sanders; her brother Willie Cooper; her stepmother Lottie Mae Cooper; and her sisters, Carrie Mendenhall and Eula Stoudemire.
She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Ann Sanders, Raymond "Jake" Sanders (Rosene) of Newberry, SC, James William Sanders (Theresa) of Newberry, SC and Acie Sanders (Angela) of Columbia, SC; her nieces, Sherina Sanders of Columbia, SC, April Jackson (Angela) of Chapin, SC, Eulaneya "Goose" Maybin (Carlos) of Newberry, SC, Elondra "Breecy" Simpson (Alisea) of Prosperity, SC and Jaden "Jae" Alexander of Orangeburg, SC; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Singley and Diane Rauch of Prosperity, SC. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
