It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Elizabeth Walkowicz (Inman, South Carolina), who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Elizabeth Cochran (Rogers) and George Franklin Cochran; her husband Stanley Walkowicz; her sisters, Margaret Barnette and Peggy Rush; and also Neil W. Moon, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Brian Moon of Spartanburg, Neil "Lindy" Moon, Jr. of Inman and Kathy Black of Inman; and her siblings, Rose Waldrop of Chesnee and David "Pee Wee" Cochran of Inman. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Corner of Hope, 14 N. Howard Street, Inman, SC 29349.
