She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Fowler and Emily Fowler (Belcher); and her brothers, David Fowler, Steve Fowler and Mark Fowler.
She is survived by: her husband Cletus Eugene Gibbs; her daughter Kim Stephens; her siblings, Linda Lister, Ima Jean Horton, Vicki Dukeman, Tina Biggerstaff, Richard Fowler, Rodney Fowler, Wayne Fowler and Darrell Fowler; her grandchildren, Alex Gibbs, Drew G. Stephens and Jordan McCraw; and her great grandchildren, Emerson Gibbs, Boone Gibbs, Price Gibbs, Jackson McCraw and Jorgia McCraw. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Seawright Funeral Home (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Seawright Funeral Chapel (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349).
