He was predeceased by: his parents, Judy Gail Triado and Vernon Fortner; and his grandson Greyson Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Leanne Fortner; his children, Raegan Hanna, Makell Hanna, Jayda Ashba (Gunner) and Davie Fortner, Jr. (Chloe); his grandchildren, Gavin Simpson, Skyla Fortner, Avery Simpson and Gunnur Fortner; and his siblings, Penny Richards (Jamie) and Todd Fortner (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
