He is survived by: his father Phelix David Zampell of Pacolet; his stepparent Cammie Zampell; his siblings, Richard Cash of Pacolet, Kayla Varner (Jayson) of Pacolet, Melissa Upchurch (Christopher) of Pacolet and Summer Cash of Pacolet; his grandmother Helen Zampell of Inman; and his aunts, Ronica Andrews of Inman, Patricia Newcomb of New Hampshire, Maureen Kelso of Massachusetts, Rita Sullivan of California and Grace Walsh of Massachusetts.
