It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Lee Newman of Inman, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, James Boyd Newman and JoAnn Hodge Newman; his wife Monica Newman; his children, Courtney Wilder (Forrest), Chandler Newman and Bobby Newman; his niece Kayla Taylor; his grandchildren, Lindy and Tripp Wilder; and his siblings, Beth Kay, Diane McDonald and Bo Newman.

“Please take my prayers for the whole family and friends as a comfort to you all. I hate I missed the service but I was unaware of its schedule until after it was over. Danny will be missed by many including myself. Although we didn't keep in touch lately it was never a question in either of our minds as to the strength of our friendship. From the first time he taught me a move on roller skates to the last car show I saw him it, we always called each other brother followed by a hug. RIP brother”
