Wilkins (Peggy) of Spartanburg, SC and Ronnie Miller (Sheila) of Spartanburg, SC; and her sisters-in-law, Vonda Wilkins of Hampton, VA and Ida Wilkins of Spartanburg, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
