He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Cartee (Turner) and Charlie Edward Cartee. He is survived by: his daughter Gena Greene (Richard) of Boiling Springs, SC; his sisters, Mary Cartee of Inman, SC and Joyce Keener of Boiling Springs, SC; and his pet Leo. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
