He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Harold and Nora Newsome Isaacs; and his son Charles H. "Chucky" Isaacs, II. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Spencer Isaacs; his son Mark Scott Isaacs of Chapmanville, WV; and his sisters, Beverly Trainor of Arizona and Christina Isaacs. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great, grandchild.
