He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marion, Annie Lee Messer, Garland and Natalie Bailey; and his sister Brandie Bailey.

He is survived by: his parents, Debbie Bailey (Messer) and Dale Garland Bailey of Inman; his sister Ashley Bailey Knighton (Dewayne); his niece Natalie Sims; his nephews, Jordan Bailey (Jennifer), Dillon Knighton (Brooke), Devan Knighton and Jacob Knighton; and his great-nieces, Leigha Bailey and Kensley Knighton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
