He is survived by: his children, Steven Wayne Collins (Sheila) of Inman, Timothy Ray Collins (Tiffany) of Roebuck, Mark Allen Collins of Inman and Robin Ann Collins of Inman; his grandchildren, Landon Collins, Lauren Moore, Cameron Collins and Chloe Collins; his wife Cathy Ann Carruthers Collins; his siblings, Ray Collins of Inman, Ronnie Collins of Olney, MD, Bruce Collins of Inman, Donnie Collins of Inman, Sandy Brzowski of Sarasota, FL and Barbara Switzer of Roebuck; and his great grandchild Bennett Moore.
