He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Stepp and Ossie White Stepp; and his grandson Jeremy Kraayenbrink. He is survived by: his children, Billy "Mike" Stepp of Chesnee, SC, Teresa Sutherland of Atlanta, GA and Vicki Kraayenbrink of Arcadia, SC; his grandchildren, Ted Stepp, Eli Kraayenbrink, Jesse Kraayenbrink, Levi Kraayenbrink, Uriah Kraayenbrink and Elizabeth Sutherland; and his brother Eddie Stepp of Spartanburg, SC..
