She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Penley Ownbey and Lawrence Leroy Ownbey; her husband James Wesley Turner; and her granddaughter Jessica Ann Blackwell. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Ann Bradley (Danny) of Inman, Cathy Lynn Ratliff of Inman, Tammy Wabnitz (Ralph) of Inman and Charles Ray Mabry of Inman; and her sister Irma Gardner of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
